Here we are again, the end of another year. This is always the best time to sit back and reflect on the year that's been. At first I thought, 'well not much actually happened', until I had a look in my diary because of a questionaire I was filling out for something I will be working on in 2011. The year was so much busier than I remembered.
I achieved a lot but also didn't manage to do a lot of he things I had promised myself. I didn't get the dining room redcorated and set up again, but I was so close that it will be done in 2011. I didn't start swimming lessons or those Zumba classes I had promised myself. Nor did I keep this Blog as updated as I wanted to! Still, it's not the end of the world, there is alway time next year to start those.
The year began slowly with me having most of January off, other than Team Training Day (TTD).
In February I started working on this Blog and took part in The Summer Extravaganza with 3 of the girls in my team. It was a fun day where we worked on 4 projects.
Weekly card classes in my home started in March. We also managed a 2 week camping trip where we went into NSW. We visited Broken Hill, Wentworth, Menindie and Mungo National Park.
April was Easter Fair time. 4 days spent at the Morphettville Race Course.
May was TTD again, plus some more time away camping. This time we only went away for a few days as it rained and rained and rained.
June was a very exciting month and something new for me. I held my first Leadership Development weekend for my down line team members. 11 of us headed out to Morgan staying at Rivergums Homestead. It was a great team building weekend. I came away from that weekend re-energiesed as, so I've been told, the team members that came along that weekend.
July took care of itself really. I was a bit sulky to start with as should have been in Tweed Heads. I soon got over that and had a stall at the Beauty Body and Sould Expo, for 3 days along with 2 other consultants. I stopped sulking when I realised that I had made it back onto the development team. A big goal of mine. yippee!!
August was exhausting, lots of workshops and demos plus the Gawler Show. It was the beginning of the next qualifying block for the next round of development team. I wasn't complaining as I knew what was to come.
September, by far my favourite month of 2010. Paul and I went on a cruise for our 25th wedding anniversay. I was especially excited about that trip, not only because it was the cruise we had spoken about for many years, but because I paid for the whole thing with my Kaszazz business. We went to Noumea, Lifou and Port Vila in Vanuatu. We can't wait to go on another one. September TTD was soon after we got home.
I attended my first Development Team training weekend in October. It was very inspiring to be with like-minded people working on brand new products that will be released in January.
November continued as usual, demos and workshops etc and was my birthday.
The year ended with a Meet Kaszazz event held at the Gawler Bowling Club. My team and I raised over $430 for Novita Children's Services. Oh yeah, and I made it into the next round of the Development Team. It was the first time I have ever done it two times in a row.
So there you have it, 2010. I have so many goals and plans for 2011. One of the plans I can share with you, and hopefully will keep to is to update this Blog on a regular basis. I'm thinking every Friday. Also to have a few lessons on how to upload files and pictures to make it pretty. Wish me luck!
So to all of you I say, thank you all for your support and friendship in 2010. I can't wait to see what the new year and new decade has to hold.
Happy New Year
Pina
